    Perform essential functions associated with Business Development for Field Services Division.

    Responsibilities

    • Acquire profitable engineering and construction business for the Company
    • Primary focus on Field Services within the oil and gas industry.
    • Develop new accounts and maintain existing customer relationships
    • Develop and maintain broad industry network of high level contacts in the industrial market place
    • Filter and prioritize opportunities that include complex technical and performance based scopes of work
    • Work closely with project management team to assess client needs and issues in preparation of proposals
    • Organize and give presentations to key decision makers
    • Collaborate with management to prepare and implement the Company’s Marketing and Business Development plan and strategy
    • Track and report current status of potential projects, markets, new customer and industry trends
    • Ensure all communications with customers are in accordance with Company standards
    • Solicit customer feedback through project proposals
    • Promote the Company’s culture and commitment to its employees and their safety

    Qualifications

    • 3-10 years of progressive business development, sales, project management experience in the Oil & Gas sector with a focus on Field Service business
    • Excellent presentation, verbal, written and interpersonal skills
    • Demonstrated success in business development
    • Requires frequent air and over-the-road travel
