Supports all Saulsbury Divisions for all quality related document, data and records reporting to the (corporate) Sr. Director QA/QC.


  • Development of corporate standards and procedures for quality document and data management.
  • Software system development and/or coordination of development and implementation of electronic quality data management systems.
  • Builds initial set of weld mapped isos for projects
  • Builds Project QC File structures for assignments and assists the Division Quality Managers in development of Project QC assignment instructions.
  • Assists Division Quality Managers in development of Quality, Inspection and Test Plans.
  • Divisional and field rollout and training to the corporate quality procedures.
  • Field setup orientation and training for quality document management systems and processes.
  • Trouble shooting and technical support for document and data management systems.
  • Periodic quality documentation auditing and assessment of projects and divisions.
  • Rollup of divisional and project metrics into a corporate report to be issued monthly.
  • Maintaining and controlling all corporate quality files, file systems, data and records for quality.
  • Develops and/or supervises development of document and data management systems to support projects and to report quality metrics by project and rolled up to corporate reporting of quality performance.(includes weld mapping, weld log preloading, packages)
  • Conducts or participates in corporate and project level quality audits and assessments.
  • Develops and/or participates in development of work process procedures and processes targeting quality and productivity.
  • Plans, promotes, develops and organizes training activities related to quality.
  • Conducts technology research to continuously improve quality and productivity of documentation and data collection methods, techniques, and procedures.
  • Assists Project Management, Construction and Quality teams to troubleshoot and resolve reported quality issues related to quality documentation, records and data.
  • Audits turnover packages to assure content to meet contract requirements.
  • Recommends the acquisition of equipment, systems and resources and coordinates the procurement, installation and training of appropriate personnel in the use of that equipment.


  • Accredited degree in Information Technology (preferred)
  • 5+ years’ experience in Document Control and/or Quality Management related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in the Oil and Gas related Construction Industry.
  • Mastery of basic MS Office products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Mastery of MS Access (preferred) or willing to be trained.
  • Experience in software system development and programming.
  • Experience in managing quality documentation, records and data.
  • Experience in personnel training (preferred)
  • ISO Certified Lead Auditor (preferred) or willing to be trained.
