Overview

Operations Manager with Field Service experience. Will be required to manage all aspects of $40 million per year in gross revenue that will have staffing, payroll, invoicing, procurement, subcontract management, planning, scheduling, and Quality Control management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in strategic planning and business development activities for the Company’s power energy sector
• Provides leadership, management and vision to ensure the necessary operational controls, reporting procedures and safety practices are in place in order to execute heavy industrial projects successfully and efficiently
• Participate in business development activities and promote productive client relationships for a group of projects
• Support negotiations with clients in matters relating to project commitments
• Ensures management of assigned projects results in projects executed in accordance with contract terms
• Develops/implements policies, procedures and methods
• Effectively interface and collaborate with senior operational management
• Assumes P&L responsibility
• Assume lead role in operational planning at a senior level
• Reports to senior management regarding the successful operation of all services provided to assigned clients
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Business or Engineering or a minimum of 10-15 years working within the Energy Services sector and 5-10 plus years in management required
• Extensive experience with pipelines and must have capabilities to price work associated with Field Services and Facilities
• Demonstrated success as a leader with initiative and vision
• Effectively working with senior operational management
• Experience managing and operating with operational disciplines including projects, construction, procurement and engineering
• Extensive experience in operational planning in a senior lead role
• Ability to lead proposal activities
• Flexibility to manage multiple projects throughout Southwest U.S.
• Extensive work experience in the Energy Services market
• Extensive travel required
